We have a simple goal at Restore: make a positive impact on people and the planet.

 

Restore’s journey began in May 2023, building on the foundations laid by our sister brand, Spoke & Stringer - a Bristol favourite known for its unique blend of retail and hospitality. Spoke & Stringer earned its place in the local food scene, winning awards like Best Breakfast in Bristol at the Good Food Awards.​​

With Restore, we’re bringing a fresh focus on sustainability, offering responsibly sourced coffee, shakes, and grab-and-go lunches. With locally sourced ingredients, compostable packaging wherever possible, and a commitment to reforestation through our partnership with Ecologi, we take sustainability seriously. We're not perfect, but we're always looking for ways to do better. Every choice we make, from the coffee we serve to the suppliers we work with, reflects our dedication to reducing our footprint and supporting our community. Plus, we're on the path to B Corp Certification, pushing us to make an even bigger difference.
